Kelsey Clark is a highly motivated professional with 15 years of experience in successfully creating and managing local, national and global community impact programs. Notable community organizing successful projects include partnering with Rwanda’s Ministry of Health and local medical students to increase access to vision care on a country-wide scale. Kelsey was also the owner of the initial concept, design and strategy, including a digital platform build, for Luxottica’s global ambassador program designed to empower it’s 75,000 employees. Most recently, in partnership with the Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) and the Fax Partnership, Kelsey created and launched a business support office for more than 200 locally-owned businesses in the East Colfax corridor. Kelsey continued to partner with local businesses by joining the East Colfax Community Collective (EC3), during a pivotal moment, at the peak of the City of Denver shutdown due to COVID-19. Since February 2020, Kelsey has cultivated strong connections and gained trust within the East Colfax business community. In partnership with the community, Kelsey also created the East Colfax Small Business Relief Fund, providing much needed relief for businesses. Kelsey has since spearheaded building out the infrastructure and systems of EC3’s Housing Assistance Campaign and our East Colfax Legal Clinic. She is heading up EC3’s Special Projects and will help to bring our community’s vision to life through program creation and implementation.
